Join us Saturday May 31, 2014 for the 7th annual ECOFest at Waterloo Region Museum!

 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. rain or shine! 

This is a FREE event for everyone! A fun-filled day to celebrate our environment and learn to "reduce your footprint ... one step at a time." 

 Event highlights include:

  • Reptiles and other critters 
  • Horse drawn wagon rides through Doon Heritage Village
  • Get around the region with a $6 GRT Family Pass - accepted for this day
  • Direct GRT shuttle from Fairview Park Mall to the Waterloo Region Museum
  • Birds of prey - Wild Ontario
  • Door prizes
  • Musical entertainment - Junkyard Symphony!!

ECOFest is a fun and interactive fair designed to educate the public and motivate them to reduce their environmental impact.  To make this happen, we are looking for entertaining, interactive and educational exhibits to inspire families to reduce their environmental footprint.

As an ECOfest exhibitor, you can:

  • promote your sustainable products or services to the Regional community;
  • reach out and increase your audience/client base;
  • network with other sustainable organizations in the area; and
  • directly contribute to building a more sustainable culture!
