Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the organization for the Region of Waterloo. This includes developing and fostering an organizational culture that reflects the Region's values and ensures the Region's programs and services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Specific functions associated with the CAO's office include Corporate Communications, Emergency Management, Internal Audit and Strategic Planning & Strategic Initiatives. Mike Murray is the Chief Administrative Officer.
