What is a Strategic Plan?
The Strategic Plan is the foundation that supports all other plans, policies and projects. It provides focus to guide actions and future decisions. It is a long-term planning document that directs the Region's priority setting.
A Strategic Plan for the Region of Waterloo
Much has changed in the world and much has been achieved by the Region of Waterloo since the 2007-2010 Strategic Plan. To remain focused and relevant, the Region developed and created a new Strategic Plan for the council term of 2011-2014.
