The Council for the Region of Waterloo will be considering an amendment to By-law 25-021, A By-law Respecting the Use of Victoria Street North, Kitchener, passed on April 23, 2025, related to 100 Victoria Street North in Kitchener, Ontario.
The Region will be receiving public input at a meeting on:
Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

The Amending By-law and report itself will be considered at a Special Council meeting being held on Friday, January 9th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. after public input has been received. The report with associated material will be available upon agenda release on December 31st, 2025. A copy of the amending by-law can be accessed at any point by emailing regionalclerk@regionofwaterloo.ca
