Resiliency: Shared Stories of Strength & Survival
Region of Waterloo, ON – This Sunday, July 24, is International Self-Care Day, and McDougall Cottage is pleased to be officially opening its newly developed exhibition, Resiliency: Shared Stories of Strength & Survival. Developed in partnership with members of the Waterloo Region community, and Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington (CMHA WW), the exhibition is a multimedia journey of shared personal stories of resiliency and offers resources and strategies to help our community bounce back from life’s challenges.
When: Sunday, July 24, 11PM – 3PM, remarks: 1:30PM
