Waterloo Region, ON – Join Region of Waterloo Museums this Valentine's Day for an exclusive lineup of events, thoughtfully curated to warm hearts during the year’s chilliest months. From family friendly offerings to nights out with your gals and pals, this year’s lineup celebrates love in all its forms.

Valentine's Day Crafternoons (Feb. 8 and 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Schneider Haus - Kitchener)

Get ready for Valentine’s Day at Schneider Haus - make paper heart ornaments, create custom Valentine’s Day cards with heart confetti, and decorate Schneider Haus' favourite cookies, Sandhearts!

Death by Chocolate Tea by the Grand (Feb. 8 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at McDougall Cottage - Cambridge)

McDougall Cottage puts a Valentine’s Day twist on their traditional teas with their Death by Chocolate Tea. Serving decadent chocolate treats and drinks, alongside classics like cucumber and cream-cheese sandwiches and bottomless tea, it’s the perfect event for chocolate and tea lovers alike.

Valentine’s Savoury Bread Workshop (Feb. 9 at 1 to 4 p.m. at Schneider Haus - Kitchener)

This year treat your valentine to a savory, heart-shaped bread you make yourself at Schneider Haus. Made with fresh yeast and delicious cheeses (and optional bacon), this bread is sure to tantalize your true love’s taste buds. ‍

Galentine’s Day at Schneider Haus (Feb. 14 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Schneider Haus - Kitchener)

No matter what your love life looks like, you always have your Galentines! Learn to twist the perfect pretzel and make bath bombs with your friends at Schneider Haus. Finish off the night enjoying your pretzel with specialty spreads, exclusive mocktails, and good company!

The Broken Hearts Club presents: Life’s a Drag…Queen! Drag Brunch (Feb. 15 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum - Kitchener)

Enjoy a delicious brunch featuring signature drinks from Grand Trunk Saloon, a waffle bar, croissants, muffins, and more while you take in the fantastic show by drag performers Destiny Doll, Paris Matik, and MC Sasha Tease!
