Regional Service Impacts for December 23, 2022

Waterloo Region – In anticipation of the severe weather forecasted, the Region of Waterloo has made the decision to close some services and facilities.

Museums: Ken Seiling Waterloo Regional Museum and Schneider Haus National Historic Site will be closed on December 23.

Libraries: All branches will be closed on December 23.

Waste Services: The Waterloo transfer station will be closed on December 23 for public drop-off. The Cambridge location remains open. Updates to collection impacts will be available on the website.

Welcome Spaces: Welcome Spaces will be closed on December 23. Pre-arranged Cheques and Reloadable Payment Cards are available for pickup at the Kitchener and Cambridge locations.  Food vouchers and bus tickets will be available also.

Vaccine Clinics: COVID Vaccine clinics are closed tomorrow.
