TAKE NOTICE THAT on March 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo intends to declare its interests, in lands depicted below, described as Lot 27 and Part of Lots 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, Registered Plan 380, Part of Lots 5, 6, 7 8, 9 and 10, West of Ontario Street, Registered Plan 393, Part of Lot 156, Streets and Lanes, being Part 2 on 58R-20916; Part of Lot 8, West of Ontario Street, Registered Plan 393, being Part 8 on 58R-20916; Part of Lot 21, Registered Plan 380, Part 12 on 58R-2096; PIN: 22427-0172 (LT); Kitchener; Regional Municipality of Waterloo, surplus to the Region’s needs.

At the said meeting, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo will hear in person or by counsel, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applied to be heard.
