PUBLIC NOTICE – KITCHENER- SURPLUS LAND
TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council chamber, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo intends to declare its interests, in lands attached below, described as Part Lot 34, RCP 1525, being Part 8 on 58R-6243; Part of PIN:22594-0040(LT); Kitchener; Regional Municipality of Waterloo, surplus to the Region’s needs and agrees to convey the said interest to the City of Kitchener over the said lands.
At a meeting to be held on May 6, 2025, in the Council chamber, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Development Committee of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo will hear in person or by counsel, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applied to be heard.
