Free compost now available

Waterloo Region – Compost is available at both the Cambridge and Waterloo transfer stations effective Tuesday, May 6. 

Residents of Waterloo Region can pick up small quantities of compost at no cost until Saturday, May 24, while supplies last.  Here are the details:

• Maximum five bushels
• Bring your own shovel and containers
• Location and hours: 
• 925 Erb Street West (Gate 2), Waterloo, Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• 201 Savage Drive, Cambridge, Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
