Nominations for the Jack Young Civic Award

Nominations for the Jack Young Civic Award open on April 13, 2026. The civic award celebrates the contributions of those directly connected to Regional government and its programs or services. It is named after the Region’s first Chair.

Those eligible for the Jack Young Civic Award include those who have been directly involved in or connected to Regional government in the Region of Waterloo. The completed nomination form and the supporting materials should be received by the Regional Clerk no later than 11:59pm on May 18th, 2026.
