Waterloo Region – Further to the Ministry of Health's recent announcement , Region of Waterloo Public Health has been preparing for the fall respiratory illness season and is confirming its first three lab-confirmed local cases of influenza for the 2024-2025 respiratory illness season.

Project update As part of the Cedar Creek Road and Trussler Road roundabout project, we will be moving into stage 3 of construction on September 14, 2024. This requires a full closure of the intersection to complete surface asphalt paving and permanent line painting of the new roundabout.  
Timing  This intersection will be fully closed on Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15.

Project update As part of the Fountain Street and Maple Grove Road roundabout project, we will be moving into stage 3 of construction on September 14, 2024. This requires a full closure of the intersection to remove temporary traffic signals and install pavement markings for the new roundabout.

Highway 401 ramp to Pinebush Road/Eagle Street About the project The Region of Waterloo will be repairing the asphalt and replacing the manhole collars on Hespeler Road from the Highway 401 ramps to Pinebush Road/Eagle Street, including the intersection.
