Location and Getting Here

Waterloo Region is located in the centre of southwestern Ontario, about 100 kilometres from downtown Toronto and downtown London. It is also close to the Canada-U.S. border crossings at Windsor, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie and Sarnia.

The Region is well-connected to surrounding communities by Highways 401, 7, 8, 24 and 86. There are many options for inter-city travel. 

There is also daily GO train and bus service to Guelph and Toronto and daily VIA Rail service to Toronto, London and beyond.

The Region of Waterloo International Airport has daily service to Calgary and Cancun, Mexico.
