Choosing and caring for your reusable water bottle
- Use a wide-mouth bottle for easier refilling and cleaning
- Follow manufacturer's suggested cleaning instructions
- Clean every day with warm soapy water, rinse and leave to air-dry
- Disinfect your reusable water bottle on a regular basis. Mix 5 ml (1 tsp) of bleach with 500 ml (2 cups) of water. Keep the mixture in the bottle for at least 10 minutes. Pour out the solution, rinse the bottle well, and air-dry.
- Don't share your water bottle with others
