The Special Needs Access Point (SNAP) is a single access point for children with special needs attending a licensed child care program in Waterloo Region.

Effective May 21, 2019, parents and staff from child care programs and other agencies with concerns about a child in a licensed child care program can connect with KW Habilitation SNAP program.
