Service Delivery Reviews

Through the Audit and Accountability Fund, the Ontario government has offered funding to large municipalities to conduct service delivery and administrative expenditure reviews to find efficiencies while protecting important front-line services.

In 2019, the Province of Ontario made funding available to large municipalities to undertake service reviews. Regional Council engaged consultant KPMG to conduct this review. The goal of this review was to identify opportunities to reduce costs and/or help make our programs more efficient and effective.
