Library Services
Your Region of Waterloo Library card gives you full access to:
- Books, music, and DVD collections
- Wi-Fi Hotspots and Board Games
- eBooks, eAudiobooks, and streaming video
- Digital magazines and newspapers
- Online learning courses and research databases
- And much more!
Region of Waterloo Library cards are free to:
- Anyone who lives, works, attends school or owns property in the Townships of Wellesley, Wilmot, Woolwich and North Dumfries
- Residents of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo
- Those who reside in a reciprocal borrowing community.
If you live beyond the above listed areas, you may buy a Library Card for $40 per year by visiting a branch nearest you.
