Our Employment Ontario consultants use an AI-powered career platform to help job seekers build resumes, explore careers, match with employment opportunities, and strengthen their job search skills.

Support for employers
We offer services to help employers recruit, train, and retain employees, including job placement and wage incentives. If you are hiring or looking to expand your team, we can help you recruit qualified applicants.
In some cases, employers hiring unemployed individuals may be eligible to receive:

- Onboarding supports
Dispute and complaint resolution process
Clients, Service Providers and Social Assistance partners can provide feedback to Serco about Employment Services, including concerns, accessibility issues, as well as compliance or customer service concerns.
