The Region is committed to providing accessible and inclusive services. We offer on-demand phone interpretation through LanguageLine in over 240 languages. You can contact us by phone, including telephone and video relay services for deaf/hard-of-hearing/speech disabled persons; email; chat or you can meet us in-person at one of our Welcome Spaces.
The Region also offers interpretation and translation services for documents, including informed consent forms, emergency plans, public safety information, contracts and agreements, rights and responsibilities, and important notices as well as any other documents the Region provides to clients or customers.
