Healthy Babies Healthy Children

Healthy Babies Healthy Children is a free program for pregnant people and families with young children up to age six.

A public health nurse and a family visitor visit eligible families at home to help them learn about: 

  • Having a healthy pregnancy and birth
  • Connecting with your baby
  • Your child's development and growth
  • Your goals as a parent
  • Breastfeeding, food and healthy eating
  • Taking care of yourself and your family
  • Services available to you and your child in the community
