Healthy Babies Healthy Children
Healthy Babies Healthy Children is a free program for pregnant people and families with young children up to age six.
A public health nurse and a family visitor visit eligible families at home to help them learn about:
- Having a healthy pregnancy and birth
- Connecting with your baby
- Your child's development and growth
- Your goals as a parent
- Breastfeeding, food and healthy eating
- Taking care of yourself and your family
- Services available to you and your child in the community
If you are a family interested in the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program or a professional who would like to refer a patient or client to the program:

- Call 519-575-4400 and ask for a referral to the program.
