Getting around during construction
During construction, Can-Amera Parkway will remain open with two lanes of traffic maintained for most of the project, though there will be short-term full road closures at certain stages, including during surface asphalt placement. Traffic may also be temporarily shifted onto temporary asphalt or controlled by flag persons as needed.
Sidewalks will remain accessible throughout the project, with pedestrians directed to follow posted signage, and transit users should visit GRT alerts for any bus route changes, stop relocations, or detours.
