The 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan for Waterloo Region outlines five strategic directions and 33 actions to guide the service planning and delivery of housing and homelessness programs. Developed and reviewed with community input, the 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan is adapted as needs change. Each year, the Region of Waterloo develops an Annual Report to share progress made on achieving the work described in the Plan
