The Region of Waterloo delivers a diverse range of services across Waterloo Region, guided by our Vision, Mission and Core Value.
To help us prepare for the future and meet this community’s evolving needs, we are guided by a Strategic Plan. Our Growing with Care plan was built with residents’ input and sets the big-picture direction for the Region. We use other long‑term plans to shape the policies, services, and infrastructure that help us achieve our Strategic Plan goals. We bring our plans to life—and keep track of how we’re doing—through our annual business plans, performance reports, and budget.
