Getting around during construction
Construction of Phase 1 is nearing completion, with surface asphalt paving remaining as the final task. This work will require short-term overnight full closures between June 17 and June 19, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
During these closures, traffic will be detoured in both directions via Ira Needles Boulevard, Highland Road, and Belmont Avenue. Please refer to the detour map below for details.
Closures will take place on alternating nights over a period of 3 to 5 nights. Please note that paving work is weather-dependent, and schedules may change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
