Waterloo Summer Camps

Below is a list of organizations in Waterloo offering summer camps in 2026 that qualify for fee assistance through the Child Care Subsidy Program.

This list is for people who currently receive Child Care Subsidy from the Region of Waterloo. If you are not part of the Child Care Subsidy Program, use the online calculator to see if you qualify.

Please check this list early and often—some camps start registration as early as January 1, 2026. We’ll update this list regularly as more camps confirm their participation. Each organization runs its own registration process, so you will need to apply directly to each camp to reserve a spot.

Some summer camp programs may also be eligible for Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELC) fee reductions for children under the age of six. Visit the webpage below to learn more.
