Notice of Study Commencement - Trussler Road Improvements Bleams Road to Yellow Birch Drive Notice of Study Commencement Trussler Road (Regional Road 70) Improvements Bleams Road to Yellow Birch Drive City of Kitchener & Township of Wilmot Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, Schedule ‘C' The Region of Waterloo is undertaking a Schedule ‘C' Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for improvements to the Trussler Road corridor from Bleams Road to Yellow Birch Drive in the City of Kitchener and Township of Wilmot. This study is being completed to identify the preferred solution for upgrading this section of Trussler Road to address the long-term needs for improved traffic operations, underground infrastructure, and new pedestrian and cycling facilities.
