GRT’s Transit Customer Panel wants you
Waterloo Region – Grand River Transit (GRT) invites customers to be part of its new Transit Customer Panel. The panel is an opportunity for GRT customers to make their voice heard and help shape the future of GRT.
“In order to meet the needs of our customers and plan for the future, we need to hear from the people who use the services,” said Karen Redman, Chair of the Region of Waterloo. “This panel will give customers a chance to share their thoughts and have a direct impact on improving the very services they rely on.”
Panel members will reflect the diverse ridership of GRT. The panel will include customers who use bus, train and MobilityPLUS services. They’ll participate in surveys and for every survey completed, panelists receive a $20 GRT gift card as a thank you. The gift card can be used to purchase fare products or merchandise at GRT Customer Service Centres.
The panel is a new way of engaging customers and complements GRT’s ongoing and existing engagement activities and feedback tools.
