TAKE NOTICE THAT on August 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo intends to pass a by-law to close part of a road allowance located at Regional Road No. 42 (George Street North), described as Part of Subdivision Lot 3, Concession 12, West of the Grand River, Being Part 1 on Reference Plan 58R-21918; Part of PIN: 03774-0022(LT), City of Cambridge, The Regional Municipality of Waterloo AND Part of Subdivision Lot 3, Concession 12, West of the Grand River, Being Part 2 on Reference Plan 58R-21918; Part of PIN: 22662-0614(LT), City of Cambridge, The Regional Municipality of Waterloo; and to declare the Region’s interest in the lands depicted below, as a public right of way, is no longer required.

At a meeting to be held August 12, 2025, in Council Chambers, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, the Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Development Committee of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo will hear, in person or by counsel, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applied to be heard.
