Notice of Intention to Amend the Regional Road System By-Law
The Region of Waterloo intends to amend By-law 01-059 (Regional Road System By-law). The amendment is with respect to the assumption of Speedsville Road between Regional Road 38 (Maple Grove Road) and Eagle Street (Regional Road 39) in the City of Cambridge. There will be no changes in how the road operates or is maintained.
The amending by-law will be considered at the Regional Council Meeting scheduled for:

A copy of the amendment will be available for review starting April 16, 2025, in the Clerk's Office, Region of Waterloo, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, speak with Reception. If you have questions concerning the amendments, please contact Shawn Buckley via email at sbuckely@regionofwaterloo.ca.
If you wish to speak at the Council meeting, please register with the Clerk’s office by April 17, 2025. You can register online, by emailing regionalclerk@regionofwaterloo.ca, or in-person. This notice is in accordance with the “Municipal Act”, 2001.
