Notice of New Procedural By-Law

The Region of Waterloo is proposing to pass a new Procedural By-law to replace Procedural By-law 26-017, as amended. The proposed changes focus on compliance with amendments to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, under Bill 100 – Better Regional Government Act.

The Region’s Procedural By-law will be considered at the Council meeting on October 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener.
