Tell us how we’re doing: GRT launches Customer Satisfaction Survey
Waterloo Region – Grand River Transit (GRT) is looking for resident feedback through the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The survey asks customers about their experiences using conventional buses, ION trains and MobilityPLUS. The results will help GRT make improvements to services.
“We value the feedback our riders provide. The annual survey is an important and necessary tool in ensuring GRT services meet the community’s needs,” said Colleen James, Chair of Sustainability, Infrastructure and Development. “By sharing your experiences, you help us refine and enhance our services, paving the way for a future where transit is more accessible, efficient and responsive.”
Participants have the chance to win one of several GRT gift cards with values of $20 or $100.
The survey can be found at grt.ca/survey and will run from May 14 to 28, 2025.
