Notice of Completion: Wellesley Water and Wastewater Master Plan The Region of Waterloo has completed a Water and Wastewater Master Plan (WWWMP) for the Village of Wellesley. The study was completed as a Master Plan under Approach #2 of the Municipal Engineers Association’s (MEA) Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process (MEA 2000, as amended 2007, 2011, 2015, 2023, 2024).
