The Study: The Region of Waterloo has initiated a Class Environmental Assessment Study (Class EA) and preliminary design for improvements to a section of Bleams Road in Kitchener. The study will investigate current and projected traffic patterns between Fischer-Hallman Road and Trussler Road to determine the need for improvements to accommodate the intensification of land along Bleams Road.
