Elgin Street to Mill Creek Road About the project The Region of Waterloo, in consultation with the City of Cambridge, is installing a new watermain along Samuelson Street. This work involves installing a new transmission/local watermain from Elgin Street N to Mill Creek Road, connecting to the new watermain installed last year.

Pinedale Road to Mowat Boulevard About the project The Region of Waterloo is improving Ottawa Street from Pinedale Drive to Mowat Boulevard. This is phase two of the Ottawa Street improvements project.

The Region of Waterloo intends to amend By-law 01-059 (Regional Road System By-law). The amendment is with respect to the transfer of jurisdiction of Duke Street West between Victoria Street North and Breithaupt Street, in the City of Kitchener for the Kitchener Central Transit Hub.

Notice of Intention to Amend the Regional Road System By-Law The Region of Waterloo intends to amend By-law 01-059 (Regional Road System By-law). The amendment is with respect to the assumption of Speedsville Road between Regional Road 38 (Maple Grove Road) and Eagle Street (Regional Road 39) in the City of Cambridge.

The Region of Waterloo intends to amend the By-law to Establish Fees and Charges, for changes in the by-law for transit services. This will happen at the Regular Council meeting to be held in Council Chambers at 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025.

Bleams Road and Trussler Road intersectionAbout the projectAs part of the Bleams Road improvements project, the Region of Waterloo is constructing a two-lane roundabout at the Trussler Road and Bleams Road intersection. Timing Construction of this roundabout is starting on March 25, 2025, and is expected to be completed by October 2025.
