10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan (2026–2036)
The 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan for Waterloo Region is a framework for how we strengthen and build on the work outlined in our four divisional plans: Building Better Futures; the Waterloo Region Housing Revitalization Plan; the Community Housing Succession Strategy for End of Mortgage; and the Plan to End Chronic Homelessness. The priorities outlined in the plan provide a road map for how we focus our efforts to increase housing stability and improve conditions for all residents to access housing that meets their needs.
