Welcome Spaces

The Region of Waterloo offers in-person support at three Welcome Space locations for people who need to access certain Community Services programs. When you arrive in a Welcome Space, knowledgeable, helpful staff will greet you.

  • Open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Welcome Space Closures

The Welcome Spaces are closed on the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Remembrance Day
  • Christmas Day
